eosinophils

DEFINITIOND

estruction of red blood cells may occur because:- Red blood cells had abnormal shapes- Red blood cells have a membrane that is weak and easily torn- Lack an enzyme needed in order to function properly and enzymes that maintain the flexibility that allows red blood cells flowing through blood vessels to narrow. The red blood cell abnormalities occur in certain hereditary diseases.

1.    Hereditary spherocytosis.
Hereditary spherocytosis is a hereditary disease in which red blood cells are round.
Red blood cells change shape and stiff trapped and destroyed in the spleen, causing anemia and an enlarged spleen.Anemia is usually mild, but can be more severe if infection occurs.
If the disease is severe, can occur:- Jaundice (jaundice)- Anemia- Enlarged

2.   liver- The formation of gallstones.
In young adults, the disease is often mistaken for hepatitis.
Bone deformities can occur, such as skull-shaped towers and extra fingers and toes.
Usually no treatment is required, but severe anemia may require spleen removal action. This action does not improve the shape of red blood cells, but reduced the number of cells that are destroyed and therefore improve the anemia.

    3. ELIPTOSITOSIS hereditary.
Hereditary Eliptositosis is a rare disease, in which red blood cells are oval or elliptical.
4.Ellipse-shaped red blood cells
Penyaki This sometimes causes a mild anemia, but does not require treatment. In severe anemia may need to be removal of the spleen.

     5. SHORTAGE G6PD
G6PD deficiency is a disease in which the enzyme G6PD (glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase) is lost from the membrane of red blood cells.
G6PD enzyme helps cultivate glucose (simple sugar which is the main energy source for red blood cells) and helps produce glutathione (preventing the outbreak of the cell). This hereditary disease is almost always attack men.
Some patients who have G6PD enzyme deficiency never suffer from anemia.
Things that can trigger the destruction of red blood cells, namely:- Fever- Viral or bacterial infection- Diabetes crisis- Certain materials (eg, aspirin, vitamin K and red beans)can cause anemia.Anemia can be prevented by avoiding those things.
